- Services include, but are not limited to:

• hospital discharge program (facilitating discharge home from hospital after a motor vehicle accident (MVA)
• full functional occupational therapy assessment of activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs 
• personal care assessment
• ergonomic assessment
• provision of equipment and/or services for rehabilitation 
• sleep hygiene
• cognitive re-training
• concussion management
• re-activation, including goal-setting
• job site visit to facilitate return-to-work (RTW)
• development of gradual return to work (GRTW) plans

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and are having difficulty with your activities of daily living or difficulty returning to work, please provide ICBC with a doctor's note requesting occupational therapy assessment and treatment
