Persistent Pain Management

 

Persistent pain, much like sleep deprivation, seems to be one of the greatest health challenges of our time.  Pain impacts all areas of our life, including sleep, and can result in increased stress and anxiety.

 

OT4Life will work with you to create a plan to effectively manage your persistent pain, including education of pain, stress, pacing and energy conservation, as well as an exploration of alternate pain management strategies to regulate the nervous system.  A gradual increase in physical activity level will be developed, with the goal of a more balanced and satisfying life with persistent pain.
